Yoga Mosaic

Please join me for Yoga Mosaic, a yoga-based class with a blend of other elements from Chi Kung, Tai Chi, meditation, posture techniques, and breathing practices that I have developed over many years of teaching and training.
The foundation is one of safety and respect for your body and its individual needs, leading with love and compassion for whatever level of gentleness and intensity is appropriate for YOU. 

We start seated in a chair to warm up, spend time in a standing position, then finish either seated in the chair again, or on the floor – whichever is most suitable for you.

~ Everyone is welcome to use our time together in a way that allows you to feel your best. ~

Mondays 9:00 – 10:00 am

Rates: Sliding scale, pay $5 to $15 per class according to your financial ability.

Classes at the Park or Indoors

Chi Kung

Tuesdays 9:00 – 10:00 am

We practice Chi Kung together for health, vitality, freedom of movement, and harmony of breath. The exercises we do are suitable for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.

Rates: Sliding scale, pay $10 – $20 according to your financial ability.

Yoga Mosaic

Our in-person has the same foundation as on Zoom, with a difference being that we do not use chairs outdoors. You will be standing for most of the class, then sitting on the ground. If you need a chair, you can bring a small portable seat with you to use.
